Welcome to The Weaver Standard. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or engaging with our company in any capacity, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Scope of Services

The Weaver Standard provides Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine maintenance cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and sanitization
  • Move-in/move-out cleanings
  • Post-construction clean-up
  • Specialized surface care

All services are subject to availability and service area limitations.


3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may affect future booking privileges.
  • Arrival windows are approximate. While we make every effort to be punctual, traffic and previous service durations may affect exact arrival times.

4. Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the property.

  • If we are unable to access the property, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation, and applicable fees will apply.
  • Fragile or valuable items should be safely secured prior to cleaning. The Weaver Standard shall not be held liable for items not properly secured or disclosed as delicate.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: [Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Cash, or other as applicable].
  • Late payments exceeding 7 days from service date will incur a $25 late fee, followed by an additional 2% interest for every week unpaid thereafter.
  • Returned payments or chargebacks will incur a $35 administrative fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to maintain the highest standard of service.
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review and, if warranted, return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Complaints received after 24 hours may not qualify for complimentary re-service.


7. Property and Liability

  • Our staff are insured and trained to handle all standard cleaning tasks safely and professionally.
  • The Weaver Standard is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage or wear
    • Unstable fixtures, furniture, or items not designed for cleaning agents
    • Accidents resulting from uncommunicated hazards within the property

Clients agree to release The Weaver Standard from liability for any damages not directly resulting from proven negligence.


8. Client Conduct and Safety

We reserve the right to withdraw service in any environment deemed unsafe or unsanitary for our staff, including properties with aggressive animals, pest infestations, or hazardous materials.
Such withdrawal will be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.


9. Privacy Policy

Personal data collected (such as names, addresses, contact information, and payment details) is handled in compliance with data protection laws and Bluehost web security practices.
We do not sell or distribute client information to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, text, and materials displayed on our website and promotional content are the property of The Weaver Standard and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.


11. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are granted only in verified cases of:

  • Double payment or billing error
  • Cancellations made within the allowable timeframe

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Weaver Standard, its owners, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, website access, or any inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America.
