The Weaver Standard operates as a division of Weaver Enterprises, under the ownership of Weaver Holdings Inc.
Affiliated philanthropic branch: The Weaver Foundation (Known Profit Initiative).
2. Scope of Services
The Weaver Standard provides Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Routine maintenance cleaning
- Deep cleaning and sanitization
- Move-in/move-out cleanings
- Post-construction clean-up
- Specialized surface and fixture care
All services are offered within designated service areas and are subject to technician availability.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.
- Repeated cancellations or excessive rescheduling may result in the refusal of future bookings.
- Arrival windows are approximate. While punctuality is a priority, traffic, prior appointments, and other unforeseen factors may affect arrival time.
4. Access and Preparation
- Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- Inaccessibility upon arrival constitutes a same-day cancellation, and applicable fees will apply.
- Fragile, high-value, or sentimental items should be secured prior to service. The Weaver Standard cannot assume liability for items not properly secured or disclosed as delicate.
5. Payments and Billing
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Zelle, or cash (as applicable).
- Late payments exceeding seven (7) days from the service date will incur a $25 late fee, followed by 2 percent interest per week until paid.
- Returned payments, chargebacks, or failed electronic transfers will incur a $35 administrative fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We uphold the highest standards of professional care.
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Upon review, we will return to correct the concern at no additional charge, if warranted.
Complaints received after 24 hours may not qualify for complimentary re-service.
7. Property and Liability
All staff are trained and insured for residential and commercial service operations.
The Weaver Standard is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear;
- Unstable fixtures, furniture, or materials unsuitable for cleaning agents;
- Damage or injury resulting from unreported hazards within the property.
Clients agree to release The Weaver Standard, its owners, and affiliates from any liability not directly resulting from proven negligence.
8. Client Conduct and Safety
We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate service in any environment deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous to our staff.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Aggressive or uncontrolled animals;
- Pest infestations;
- Exposure to hazardous materials.
Such withdrawal shall be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to applicable fees.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during scheduling, service, or payment processes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the data-security standards of Bluehost (Newfold Digital), our web-hosting provider.
We do not sell, lease, or distribute client data to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property
All logos, written content, photographs, graphics, and promotional materials on this website or in marketing collateral are the property of The Weaver Standard and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Reproduction, alteration, or redistribution of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are provided only under verified circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment or billing error;
- Cancellation made within the allowable timeframe.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@theweaverstandard.com within seven (7) business days of the transaction.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Weaver Standard, its affiliates, owners, employees, or contractors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, website access, or delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including weather, accidents, or third-party interference.
13. Amendments
The Weaver Standard reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

The Weaver Standard is a trade division of Weaver Enterprises, operated under Weaver Holdings Inc.
