The story behind The Weaver Standard Corp. did not begin with incorporation. Long before the company carried its current name, Travis C. Weaver and Cecilia Vaz had already developed extensive experience within the cleaning industry.
In 2020, that experience became an independent business when they made the decision to establish and operate their own sole proprietorship. What began with residential cleaning grew through direct client relationships, referrals, recurring service and years of hands-on experience caring for the spaces entrusted to them.
Those years provided more than cleaning experience. They built an understanding of client expectations, communication, scheduling, property care and the importance of defining exactly what a service should accomplish.
In 2026, the next chapter began with the incorporation of The Weaver Standard Corp. The corporation brings established client relationships, practical experience and accumulated industry knowledge into an organization designed for deliberate, long-term growth.
The company is newer. The experience behind it is not.

By 2020, both Travis and Cecilia brought substantial cleaning-industry experience to a decision that would shape the years ahead: operating independently through their own sole proprietorship.
The business initially concentrated heavily on residential cleaning, where relationships were built one client and one property at a time.
Recurring clients, referrals and hands-on service created the foundation upon which the company could eventually expand its capabilities and pursue a broader vision.

In 2026, we made the decision to take the next significant step in that evolution by incorporating The Weaver Standard Corp.

We are carrying years of practical experience and established client relationships forward while developing The Weaver Standard into a sophisticated commercial and residential cleaning company serving the greater Washington metropolitan region.
